- To work as per the instructions given by the front office manager and to organize and coordinate all the front office duties.
- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin as confidential.
- Maintain Conversion ratio to above 90% for leads.
- Researching organisations and awareness about current business trends to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Maintain or Submit reports on Accounts,Walk-in,Leads,Conversions..etc to front office manager and ensure data is accurate.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone and arranging walk-in.
- Enter Leads in CRM which was forwarded by Business Executive.
- Followup leads regularly.
- Maintain and submit record on people who have come to the office and Maintain records of their queries /feedback.
- Making Remainder for Meetings,Appointments,Events,Call and to confirm.
